Our 1-2-1 and further 2-1 support allows grooming reactive, anxious, elderly, and disabled pets. Our dedicated approach includes working with animals with additional needs, ensuring a calm and positive experience for every visit.
Accessibility focused
Our grooming room is designed with accessibility in mind, featuring electric grooming tables that lower to the floor and ramps for baths. This ensures every pet can be handled safely, comfortably, and with minimal stress.
One-to-one attention
We work on a one-to-one basis with each pet, building trust and providing personalised care. Owners receive regular updates, including videos, to ensure transparency and reassurance throughout the grooming process.

My whippet, Kenny, is awful with claw trims. He screams, cries, hides etc.
We'd tried everything, and the only solution was sedation - Until we found Ruby.
We had a good chat over WhatsApp, and Ruby did an excellent job at putting my mind at ease. We agreed that she'd give him a go, and if it got too much, we'd call it a day.
The day came, and I didn't have high hopes. Much to my surprise, Ruby and Kenny come waltzing out, fully clipped, smelling amazing and happy as anything!
We'll absolutely be coming here again - maybe bringing a few of the other puppers too!
